Role Description

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for performing payroll calculations for our internal staff and contractors at external clients, and ensuring payments are made according to schedule and with the highest level of accuracy. 

Principle Accountabilities:
  • Contractor handling – onboarding, termination, emails, requests, etc.
  • Processing internal staff monthly payroll including timesheet control and benefits control
  • Knowledge of payroll calculations (salary, vacations, terminations, etc.) to support staff and contractor queries.
  • Responsible for background checks and client audit documentation.
  • Be the focal point of labor health and safety items (ASOs, Covid client control requests, quarantine procedures, etc. ).
  • Responsible for Proctors and RPA processes.
  • Ensure that the company acts in a manner to minimise fraud and labor disputes.
  • Work in a team giving support to internal and external clients on payroll doubts.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Desirable payroll system experience.
  • Relevant payroll experience.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
  • Good understanding of Brazilian labor laws.
  • An ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Strong organisational skills.
