Principle Accountabilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: In this role, you will oversee and develop the regional contract delivery team, ensuring they meet performance, quality, cultural, and legislative standards. Mentor and coach team members to deliver outstanding resourcing solutions. 
  • Innovative Recruitment Solutions: Provide innovative and unique recruitment solutions in the highly competitive oil and gas industry. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive recruitment forward and expand market reach. 
  • Client-Centric Approach: Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s global, regional, and new business clients. Cultivate strong client and candidate relationships, fostering loyalty and respect. 
  • Autonomous Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, requesting supervision only when necessary. Lead and coach subordinates, championing change and identifying new opportunities to benefit the business. 
  • Performance Management: Effectively manage the performance of the delivery team through a performance management scheme. Set and review individual/team KPIs to ensure targets are met. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collate reports to provide up-to-date assessments of recruitment activity and pipeline to the Regional Director. Analyze performance data to streamline processes and enhance return on investment. 
  • Contractor Retention and Growth: Implement strategies to drive contractor retention and maximize revenue potential. Collaborate with the Diversification Manager to achieve diversification goals. 
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication with counterparts, Lead/Principal Consultants, Country Directors, and Business Development Directors. Ensure Bullhorn and other systems are up-to-date. 
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Work across all business units of the group, identifying and securing sales opportunities across all service suites. 
  • Problem Solving and Negotiation: Utilize excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the business. 
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Extensive knowledge of German labour laws and process
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, serving as a role model and expert within the field.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor and coach others effectively.
  • Consistent track record of overachievement of revenue targets.
  • Proven success in contract recruitment delivery.
  • Competency in managing costs and delivering forecast models versus actuals.
  • Effective decision-maker and solutions provider.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • In-depth understanding of Airswift’s global and regional accounts.
  • Proficiency in demonstrating Airswift’s full suite of services, both internally and in client-facing interactions.
  • Aptitude for identifying and securing sales opportunities across service suites.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong commitment to upholding standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of the market, demonstrated by a history of excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
