Role Description
At Airswift, we are embarking on an exciting expansion to develop our Managed Service Provider (MSP) service line, and the role of a Talent Manager is integral to our success.
The Talent Manager will take responsibility for the health, growth and sustainability of their client account. This includes the satisfaction of the client and the development of opportunities across the client. Responsible for ensuring alignment to client processes, and implementing MSP service line systems and procedures, to support successful delivery of the service. The Talent Manager will work closely with colleagues in the Delivery, Service, Quality Control and Finance office functions to fully support all client needs.

Role Description

This includes the satisfaction of the client and the development of opportunities across the client. Responsible for ensuring alignment to client processes, and implementing MSP service line systems and procedures, to support successful delivery of the service. The Talent Manager will work closely with colleagues in the Delivery, Service, Quality Control and Finance office functions to fully support all client needs.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Takes job orders directly from the client, demonstrating a direct and effective client engagement approach.
- Develops tailored recruitment strategies for assigned vacancies to ensure successful placements.
- Crafts compelling recruitment pitches and initiates proactive outreach to potential candidates.
- Draws on local, regional and Delivery Centre recruitment support to ensure excellent fill rates for client requirements.
- Submits qualified candidates directly to clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Conducts thorough interview preparations for both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and informed process.
- Manages offer negotiations with both candidates and clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.
- Utilises STAR Marketing techniques to effectively promote candidates to clients via phone or email.
- Generates valuable sales leads through recruitment activities, facilitating business growth.
- Develops and executes comprehensive vertical-specific Business Development plans for a 360-degree desk approach.
- Exhibits an in-depth understanding of terms, conditions, and commercial pricing, ensuring competitive yet profitable agreements.
- Maps clients' needs and goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively expands and maintains client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Collaborates with counterparts across different regions for cross-regional client development.
- Leads the project planning process to define the future state of client engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Supports the recruitment function to achieve maximum fill ratios, optimising resource allocation.
- Works closely with clients to lead for sustained growth and profitability.
- Cultivates trusted advisor relationships with key line managers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Manages and obtains manpower schedules from clients, ensuring efficient workforce planning.
- Reviews and analyses monthly GP reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitors run rates against budgetary targets to ensure financial performance goals are met.
- Runs regular reports to track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Obtains and manages client work orders, ensuring all activities are executed in compliance with agreed commercial terms.
- Accredited degree or equivalent work experience in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage through influence and collaborate with other department/regional service lines.
- Fosters strong working relationships and ensures the integration of efforts to achieve shared objectives.
- Staffing background is preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word & Excel.
- Strong demonstrable client service skills.
- Experience fostering strong client relationships.
- Ability to identify new opportunities within a customer.
- Availability to travel to client locations as required.
- Ability to demonstrate client relationship skills, analyse opportunities, and qualify potential service lines and scope.
- Ability to network at a senior level.
- Account management experience with a proven record of providing excellent customer service.
