Role Description
The Service Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of support to our contractors throughout their assignment with Airswift as well as manage day to day operational requirements in Bahrain. You will also work closely with various internal teams, like Payroll, Legal, Recruitment & our account managers, to ensure high-quality service is offered to all clients and contractors.

Role Description
The Service Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of support to our contractors throughout their assignment with Airswift as well as manage day to day operational requirements in Bahrain. You will also work closely with various internal teams, like Payroll, Legal, Recruitment & our account managers, to ensure high-quality service is offered to all clients and contractors.
Principle Accountabilities:

- Manage the GOSI portal and support finance to make social security contributions.
- Day to day office management.
- Coordinate with public relations officer to ensure seamless visa processing.
- Assist with office rental renewals.
- Work with the commercial operations team to renew commercial registrations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to reduce overhead costs.
- Some example tasks include (but are not limited to) the below.
- Carry out a wider range of pre-assignment tasks to ensure the contractors can start on time & in a fully compliant manner.
- Schedule the appropriate drug screens and medical checks.
- Draft, issue & ensure the signature of the assignment contract before the starting date.
- Manage any visa, travel or logistics involved in the mobilization.
- Support the contractor with a wide variety of tasks during their assignments to ensure they can continue to focus on their role/projects.
- 8 weekly calls to check how the contractors are getting on.
- Ensure completion & compliance with any client/project / site-specific training.
- Support the account management team with any client audits as needed.
- Some example tasks include (but are not limited to) the below.
- Deliver end-of-assignment support to the contractors as they finish their role.
- Facilitate the return of any company equipment/tools/etc.
- Issue end of assignment contractual documents.
- Manage any visa, travel or logistics involved in the de-mobilization.
- Prior Customer service experience.
- Facilities management experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience in coordinating visas and onboarding.
- Experience in working with Bahraini governmental departments.
- Friendly and approachable working manner.
- General MS Office Skills.
- Detail orientated mind-set.
- Prior experience working to & reprocesses/workflows.
- Non-English Language skills are always welcome, but not essential.
- Recharges: 80% of chargeable items to be passed to the billing team within 30 days.
- Contractor Satisfaction Scores: 90%.
- Contractor Calls – All allocated contractors are called every 8 weeks.
