Role Description

As part of our team, you'll be trained to source, interview, and submit top-tier candidates for cutting-edge wind energy projects. You'll gain deep industry knowledge and have the chance to develop client relationships and bring new business on board.

We offer a hybrid working model - Mondays and Fridays are remote, but our office is open all week if you prefer to be in.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle to build out the desk and manage their part of the business whilst ensuring the overall recruitment strategy is being followed.
- Achieve agreed targets and standards for performance, quality, culture and legislative compliance.
- Provide innovative and unique solutions to recruiting in a highly competitive recruitment industry.
- Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
- To lead by example displaying a hard work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
- Recruitment activities include working on active requirements involving the search and selection of suitable candidates, liaison with clients and negotiation of rates and salaries.
- Ensure that the Candidate Management System is up to date for all of the recruitment team's statistics & figures.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Tenacious and determined to succeed.
- A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
- A great work ethic with the desire to get the job at hand done.
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required.
- A decision-maker and solutions provider.
- Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suites of services.
