Role Description
The Delivery Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment processes and delivery of high-quality talent across the organisation. This role will lead the recruitment teams, ensuring timely and efficient hiring solutions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. The Delivery Centre Manager will collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify staffing needs, develop strategies, and implement best practices for talent acquisition.

Role Description
The Delivery Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment processes and delivery of high-quality talent across the organisation. This role will lead the recruitment teams, ensuring timely and efficient hiring solutions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. The Delivery Centre Manager will collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify staffing needs, develop strategies, and implement best practices for talent acquisition.
Principle Accountabilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for the Delivery Centre.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient recruitment processes that align with the company's growth and talent requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and performance expectations.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement within the recruitment function, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Oversee the sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Implement innovative and effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to the organisation.
- Maintain a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure efficient management of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, reducing time-to-hire for critical roles.
- Work closely with business leaders and department heads to forecast hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent trends, and market conditions.
- Conduct regular updates and status reports with key stakeholders on recruitment progress and hiring success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and hiring performance to senior leadership.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce hiring time, and improve the candidate experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the recruitment strategy relevant and competitive.
- 5 + years of sales/recruitment delivery experience.
- Ability to be flexible and able to multitask with day to day workflow.
- Team management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess very strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
