The Position

As an Executive Search Intern, you will be responsible for conducting extensive industry research using various sources. The ability to produce high-quality work is crucial, making excellent verbal and written communication skills prerequisites for this role. Our work is strategic and fast-paced, requiring a driven and self-disciplined individual who can thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support colleagues in identifying and evaluating candidates for search projects using the in-house database and market research.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing meeting schedules across different timezones worldwide.
  • Attend weekly calls with the team to provide support and contribute to discussions, gaining valuable international exposure.
  • Conduct market research to develop inventories of target companies.
  • Create engaging and professional documentation, such as candidate profiles, role descriptions, and internal and external reports.
  • Help partners in market mapping for Business Development.
  • Generate research reports for live executive search projects.

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program. 
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Analytical view to conduct C-Level market research.  
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
