The Position
As an Executive Search Intern, you will be responsible for conducting extensive industry research using various sources. The ability to produce high-quality work is crucial, making excellent verbal and written communication skills prerequisites for this role. Our work is strategic and fast-paced, requiring a driven and self-disciplined individual who can thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support colleagues in identifying and evaluating candidates for search projects using the in-house database and market research.
- Assist in coordinating and managing meeting schedules across different timezones worldwide.
- Attend weekly calls with the team to provide support and contribute to discussions, gaining valuable international exposure.
- Conduct market research to develop inventories of target companies.
- Create engaging and professional documentation, such as candidate profiles, role descriptions, and internal and external reports.
- Help partners in market mapping for Business Development.
- Generate research reports for live executive search projects.
Could you be our new Intern?
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Analytical view to conduct C-Level market research.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
