Role Description

Airswift’s Delivery Centers are strategically located in two regional hubs, Brazil and Malaysia, and are designed to deliver unique value to our client solutions within the contract-hire segment of the business.

The Global Recruitment Intern will play a key role in supporting global talent banking efforts by identifying and engaging qualified candidates whose experience, skill sets, and knowledge align with client job requirements supported by our Delivery Centers worldwide.

Operating in a 100% sales-driven environment, our Interns actively contribute to business growth by assisting Recruitment Consultants in developing and executing sourcing strategies for roles across the Americas, Europe, and Africa regions.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn, etc).
• Constantly source profiles to ensure that a live network of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise.
• Deliver excellent internal service to Recruitment Consultants within the main hub and global hubs.
• Posts and monitors job openings/responses on various web search engines and the Airswift website.
• Fully utilise the use of the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), web searches, networking, and advertising.
• Consistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and then acting upon the information by sharing it with Sales/Recruitment Functions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Must be actively enrolled in an Undergraduate Course at a University.
• Communicative and self-motivated.
• Advanced English.
• Must be comfortable with learning new software and computer tasks.
• Ability to be flexible and able to multitask with day-to-day workflow.
• Sales/Recruitment experience is an asset but not mandatory.
