Role Description

Airswift is seeking applicants for the position of Service Consultant – Employer of Record (EOR). The Service Consultant will serve as the main point of contact for employees within Airswift’s EOR team.

Principle Accountabilities

Onboarding:
  • Carry out a wider range of pre-assignment tasks to ensure the employee starts on time & in a fully compliant manner according to the specific country requirements.
  • Example tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Facilitate employee onboarding presentations to support their integration into the company
    • Provide guidance and support to employees ensuring compliance with all international laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements
    • Draft, issue & ensure signature of the employment agreement prior to the start date
    • Coordinate medical and background checks when required
    • Coordinate with internal teams, such as payroll, billing, legal, immigration, to ensure the employee is properly integrated into all Airswift systems

Ongoing Employee Care:
  • Support the employee with a wide variety of tasks during their assignments to ensure they can continue to focus on their role/projects.
  • Example tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Liaise with internal departments globally to identify and resolve queries as they arise
    • Monthly check-ins with the employee to build and maintain long-lasting employee relationships
    • Support the Engagement Team to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved

Offboarding:
  • Deliver end-of-employment support to the employees as they finish their role
    • Example tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Facilitate the return of any company equipment/tools/etc
    • Issue end of employment contractual documents
    • Manage any visa, travel or logistics involved in the de-mobilization

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Fluent English skills
  • Prior Customer service experience
  • Friendly and approachable working manner
  • General MS Office Skills
  • Detail orientated mind-set
  • Prior experience working to & reprocesses/workflows
  • Non-English Language skills are always welcome, but not essential
