Role Description

Airswift is seeking applicants for the position of Service Consultant – Employer of Record (EOR). The Service Consultant will serve as the main point of contact for employees within Airswift’s EOR team.

Principle Accountabilities:

Onboarding:

  • Conduct employee onboarding presentations to facilitate their integration into the company.
    Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
    Draft, issue, and ensure the signing of the employment agreement before the start date.
    Coordinate medical and background checks as necessary.
    Collaborate with internal teams such as payroll, billing, legal, and immigration to ensure the employee is properly integrated into all Airswift systems.

Ongoing Employee Care:

  • Collaborate with internal departments worldwide to address and resolve any queries as they arise.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with the employee to foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assist the Engagement Team to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are successfully achieved.

Offboarding:

  • Facilitate the return of any company equipment, tools, or other assets.
    Issue all necessary end-of-employment contractual documents.
    Manage any visa, travel, or logistics related to the employee’s de-mobilization.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • ​​​​​​​Friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficient in general MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in non-English languages is a plus, but not required.
