Role Description
The Quality Coordinator is part of the hub-based Commercial Team and supports operations across all countries within the hub. This role ensures the organization maintains high standards of data integrity, usability, and performance. With data at the core of our operations, accuracy and consistency are essential.
The role focuses on maintaining and improving data quality across systems, collaborating closely with Recruitment, Service, and other teams. It also contributes to global quality initiatives—sharing best practices, supporting process improvements, and aligning standards across regions.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the quality function within a newly restructured team.

Principle Accountabilities
Quality Control
Day to day adherence to the Global Quality Policy such as, but not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with Global Quality Policy, including timely review and approval of Bullhorn records (e.g. placements, change requests, client/opportunity records).
- Maintain accurate and complete data for client POs/WOs and contractor documentation; coordinate timely corrections with relevant teams.
- Produce and analyse regional data quality reports for key stakeholders.
- Hold regular review meetings with internal teams to identify issues and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with regional and global QC Coordinators to align practices and streamline interregional placements.
- Partner with L&D to develop training content for Recruitment and Sales teams.
- Proactively manage data clean-up and update Bullhorn and related trackers.
- Support Quality Lead on process improvements and special projects from Commercial Ops Director.
- Coordinate new client onboarding meetings, finalize user guides, and maintain QC inbox and knowledge base.
- Create employment contract templates in DocuSign and document local compliance requirements.
- Investigate client, contractor, and assignee complaints; consolidate survey feedback and reporting.
Quality Assurance
Performing duties in order to support our Quality Management System and ISO and other accreditations.
- Support the Quality Management System and compliance with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015).
- Manage local document control, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Ensure processes and in-country employment regulations are followed across all functions.
- Work with SMEs (HR, Legal, HSE, etc.) to monitor compliance by country.
- Provide Safety Council with statistics, reports, and corrective action plans.
- Lead feedback handling and complaint resolution processes.
- Identify process improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct business continuity checks, safety assessments, and ad hoc reporting.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality system implementation.
- Experience with internal/external audits or audit accreditation.
- Working knowledge of Bullhorn or similar CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to prioritize effectively, problem-solve independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and accountability in cross-functional environments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate under limited supervision.
